O projekcie: We're recruiting on behalf of a US-based SaaS company that is the category leader in enterprise compensation management. Their platform is used by some of the world's most recognisable tech companies to benchmark, plan, and communicate pay. Over $190B in total compensation is managed through their workflows. They've raised $160M from top-tier investors and are now building out their Kraków engineering hub. You'd be joining as a founding engineer in Kraków — shaping the team from the ground up, not inheriting someone else's decisions. The Data Platform team is one of the most strategically important functions in the company. You're not executing someone else's roadmap, you're writing it. What's on offer: - B2B contract with employment-like benefits (1,400 PLN/month for health, sports & retirement) - Equity — meaningful stake in a category-leading company - Private health coverage, MultiSport, life & disability insurance - Flexible PTO + 1 month work-from-anywhere per year - Quarterly education stipend - Top-of-the-line hardware on day one - Hybrid: 3 days on-site in Kraków (Fabryczna); occasional travel to the US Wymagania: - REST API / integrations - HRIS/ATS/EMS systems (Workday, BambooHR, ADP) - Data pipelines - TypeScript - Node.js - React - GCP - MySQL - Redis - English (communicative) - 5+ years of experience Codzienne zadania: - Design and build new HRIS, EMS, ATS, and partner integrations with enterprise-grade systems like Workday, BambooHR, and ADP - Own integrations end-to-end — from connector design and data mapping through testing, rollout, and ongoing reliability - Build observability tooling — monitoring, alerting, and debugging infrastructure that gives the team and customers confidence in pipeline health - Partner with product and go-to-market to prioritize connector coverage and unblock key deals - Identify and address systemic reliability and scalability issues in the data platform
