Senior Software Engineer — Data Platform team

O projekcie: We're recruiting on behalf of a US-based SaaS company that is the category leader in enterprise compensation management. Their platform is used by some of the world's most recognisable tech companies to benchmark, plan, and communicate pay. Over $190B in total compensation is managed through their workflows. They've raised $160M from top-tier investors and are now building out their Kraków engineering hub. You'd be joining as a founding engineer in Kraków — shaping the team from the ground up, not inheriting someone else's decisions. The Data Platform team is one of the most strategically important functions in the company. You're not executing someone else's roadmap, you're writing it.
