Software Engineer - Collateral Exchange Platform (DLT)

Summary
The Software Engineer role focuses on developing secure and precise ownership transfers using distributed ledger technology (DLT), contributing to a platform trusted by key financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop platform components implementing business logic and workflows.
• Integrate with external systems via APIs and message queues.
• Participate in threat-modelling sessions and architectural reviews.
• Ensure compliance with high standards for correctness, security, and confidentiality.
• Join an on-call rotation for production operations support.
Must Haves:
• Master's degree in computer science.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Java (JVM).
• Strong foundations in databases, concurrency, security, and networking.
• Proven experience with production-grade systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with functional or strongly typed programming paradigms.
• Familiarity with Canton/Daml or other DLTs.
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized services.
• Knowledge of relational databases and message-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure.
