O projekcie: You will have the autonomy and ownership to architect a high-scale platform that removes complexity for healthcare developers globally. In this role, you will pioneer a secure, type-safe ecosystem from the ground up, making the critical technical decisions that directly shape how sensitive medical data is handled at scale. Our expectations: - Ship code consistently. We move fast, and impact is measured by what reaches production — not by how many design docs get written. - Simplify aggressively. Some of the highest-leverage engineering work comes from removing complexity: tearing out brittle abstractions, deleting dead paths, and consolidating unnecessary services. - Build with scale in mind. Traffic is growing rapidly, and the systems you design need to hold up under increasing load. You’ll think deeply about latency, reliability, capacity planning, and the edge cases that only appear at scale. - Bring depth across the stack. We’re looking for engineers who can operate end-to-end while diving deep into backend systems, infrastructure. Flexibility matters more than narrow specialization. - Communicate with precision. Clear writing is a core engineering skill here — whether it’s design proposals, incident reviews, or day-to-day async communication. Strong written communication helps work with human and machines Wymagania: - Deep proficiency in TypeScript across both the frontend (React/Next.js) and backend. - Experience in at least one of the following areas: DevOps OR/AI. Codzienne zadania: - Build end-to-end features using TypeScript across the entire stack (Next.js/React and Node.js). - Create reusable components and APIs that allow third-party developers to build healthcare apps efficiently. - Integrate LLMs and machine learning workflows (AI) to enhance platform capabilities. - Ensure the platform remains performant and reliable as the number of integrated applications and data volume grows.
