Actively contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical strategy. Balance delivery speed with maintaining code quality and system integrity. Partner with Product, Design, and Program Management to deliver roadmap goals. Align business and technical priorities, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
