At CO3, we are standing up a new team to take full technical ownership of a live logistics platform integrated into our ecosystem. We need a Tech Lead who is genuinely a one-man-army: someone who can dive deep into an active codebase, master its complex telematics integrations, keep the platform rock-solid, and lead its modernization and unification into the core CO3 architecture. Languages are tools — you reach for the right one, ship, and move on.

🎯 Your mission - Deconstruct & Master: Deeply analyze the existing, live platform—understanding its data flows, system behaviour, and the full ecosystem of external logistics integrations.- Maintain, Modernize & Unify: Keep the active platform rock-solid and operational today while architecting and executing its step-by-step modernization and unification into CO3's core platform.- Tackle Multiple Integrations & Complex Logic: Take hands-on ownership of a wide variety of logistics ecosystem integrations and core modules packed with heavy, non-trivial domain logic.- Keep Technical Standards: Define engineering craftsmanship, system patterns, automated testing culture, and architectural standards as the platform evolves.- Grow & Lead the Team: Mentor Senior and Junior engineers, and build a high-performing, autonomous unit around you.- Work AI-Native: Leverage modern AI tooling to rapidly navigate existing codebases, streamline refactoring, and multiply team velocity.- Cloud Infrastructure Ownership: Keep our cloud footprint (AWS/GCP) performant, secure, cost-optimized, and resilient. 🎁 What's in it for you- - Modern Stack & AI-Native Culture: AWS/GCP, Kafka, both batch-based and event-driven data architecture.- Real Technical Depth: Tackle non-trivial domain logic and a wide variety of logistics ecosystem integrations.- High-Impact Architecture: Direct ownership over modernizing and unifying a live platform into CO3’s core European data network.- True Product Ownership: No body-leasing or software house setup—one long-term evolving product with a candid, "No-BS" engineering culture.- Flexibility: Remote-first across Poland, with a modern office in Wrocław (Powstańców Śląskich) available whenever you prefer a hybrid setup.

Wymagania:
🧭 We're looking for you if - Languages are tools to you: strong in Java, but comfortable finding your feet in TypeScript/Node and Python, and willing to work in C# (temporarily, for parts of the Kinvera stack).  - You architect for scale: hands-on with AWS and/or GCP, Kafka, and event-driven architecture.  - You are AI-fluent: you already use AI in your daily engineering and have a view on where it helps and where it doesn't.  - You have a product mindset: experience in product companies and/or fast-scaling startups is a big plus.  - You are open-minded: you meet a new domain, stack, or constraint with curiosity, not resistance.  - You are a true one-man-army: you can independently take an initiative from idea to production, and still play well with others.  Bonus points - Transport & logistics domain knowledge.  - DDD, and experience moving from monolith toward modular / event-driven services.  - An Ops mindset — you treat infrastructure as part of the product.
