O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Java / Angular) to join a cross-functional technology team working on a modern data-driven platform supporting complex business processes within the life sciences sector.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role — you will combine software development with technical decision-making, solution design and supporting the development team.
Wymagania:
- Several years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java.- Solid experience with Angular and modern frontend development.- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or in a similar technical leadership role.- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns and engineering best practices.- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with distributed systems.- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and version control.- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.- Good command of English.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers.
- Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Java and modern frontend applications using Angular.
- Make architectural and technical decisions, ensuring solutions are maintainable, secure and fit for purpose.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, product owners and other technical teams.
- Drive best practices around software development, code quality, testing and engineering standards.
- Review code and provide technical feedback and mentoring to team members.
- Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools and ways of working.
- Stay hands-on with development and actively contribute to delivering key features.
