Android Developer

Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing solutions for the Android platform. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and practical ability to read and modify Java code. Knowledge of Android platform specifics and best practices for mobile development. Familiarity with RxJava 2.x. Understanding of Clean Code principles and sound software architecture concepts. Experience with continuous integration practices. Proven ability to design and implement automated tests (unit, integration, UI where applicable). English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation, written correspondence and technical discussions. Nice to have: experience working with Agile methodologies, Jetpack Compose, DevOps responsibilities, and tools such as Jira, Git and Confluence. O projekcie: We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join an interdisciplinary team responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the bank's mobile application and digital services. The person in this role will design and implement Android features using Kotlin, ensure software quality through testing and CI practices, and contribute to solution design that balances business and technical priorities. The role operates within a Scrum framework and collaborates closely with product and delivery stakeholders. Zakres obowiązków: Implement new features for the Android application using Kotlin. Monitor application performance and diagnose and resolve production issues. Ensure high code quality by creating and maintaining automated, unit and integration tests. Lead and execute project, development and deployment activities with an understanding of the business and technical context, selecting optimal solutions for both domains. Collaborate daily with cross-functional colleagues (Android, iOS, .NET, testers, Scrum Master), Product Owner and Feature Owners, and coordinate with the parallel Digital Sales team (web transactional service). Participate in Scrum ceremonies within two-week sprints and present sprint increments in Reviews.
