Android Software Engineer

The role in short As an Android Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobile applications for financial institutions and providing timely support when needed. You will work closely with a front-end consultant in an international environment, with opportunities to collaborate on projects across different regions worldwide. Wymagania: - At least 3 developed Android applications, with a minimum of 1 published on Google Play- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Android platform and mobile development best practices- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach (experience running own business is a plus)- Strong ownership attitude with a “getting things done” mentality- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality solutions, often going beyond expectations- Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly (or willingness to develop presentation skills)- Passion for knowledge sharing, including conducting trainings, workshops, and mentoring others Codzienne zadania: - Support clients and partners in implementing mobile solutions - Develop tailored mobile applications ensuring seamless integration with client systems - Work primarily with native mobile technologies, with exposure to hybrid solutions - Provide technical guidance and best practices during implementation and decision-making phases - Conduct training sessions and support development teams (including on-site when required) - Act as a subject matter expert in mobile technologies within project teams - Contribute to defining product development roadmaps -  Facilitate feedback flow between clients and internal R&D teams - Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in the mobile space - Support clients and partners in implementing mobile solutions - Develop custom mobile applications tailored to specific client needs - Ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and client systems - Build applications primarily using native mobile technologies - Contribute to the development of hybrid mobile applications when required
