Opis stanowiska
Big Blue Marble builds streaming technology that becomes part of everyday life. Our solutions power live TV, movies, series, and VOD for millions of viewers across phones, tablets, computers, and TVs. What makes BBM stand out is not only the scale, but the way we work?• A production-ready platform trusted by clients worldwide, • Technology with real impact, used by real audiences every day, • Space to build and improve, not just fix chaos, • A team that listens, where ideas genuinely matter. With AWS as a key technology partner and a platform built on strong foundations, we create the kind of environment where teams can concentrate on building, improving, and shaping the product in ways that truly matter. No corporate clichés. No endless legacy struggles. Just smart people, solid technology, and a place that still feels human. You will join a team creating a product for our external client as part of an exciting international expansion project across the Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with a team of experienced designers and developers within the project team, while also collaborating with engineers from our Mobile Chapter to share knowledge, grow competencies, and help shape high-quality mobile solutions. Responsibilities: • Developing native applications for Apple TV devices. • Identifying bottlenecks, code complexity, and fixing bugs. • Supporting the maintenance and organization of high-quality code. • Reviewing teammates’ code and providing feedback based on code reviews. • Collaborating with other team members across product development and delivery, as well as with the mobile chapter on competency growth. Requirements: • At least 3+ years of experience developing iOS applications using Xcode. • Solid experience in Swift programming and building user interfaces with the SwiftUI framework. • We do not list specific tools, supporting technologies, or design patterns, as we assume these are already obvious for a Developer role. By this we mean areas such as release processes, unit testing, code repositories, continuous integration, and similar practices. • Independence, self-organization, and a willingness to take ownership in an agile project environment. • A desire to learn, develop your skills, and share knowledge with others. • Communicative English, as occasional workshop meetings with our clients may take place. What you’ll get in return: • compensation in the range of 15 000 - 20 100 net B2B, • fully remote work with flexible working hours, • one full day per sprint for learning and development, • MyBenefit platform funds (that you can use to buy a MultiSport card or other cool services), • a choice to join our group health insurance, • access the wellbeing platform Mindgram that helps you stay in a good mental shape, • access to the language learning platform Tutlo, • company-wide quarterly meetings (when we head out together, sum up the quarter, have fun, and enjoy spending time as a team), • optional (bun fun!) team activities, like joint mountain trekking trips, St. Nicolas Day event for kids, board game nights, and more, • a welcoming office in the very heart of Poznań, if you prefer to work on-site. If you’d like to join our team, leave your CV below. We’d be happy to get in touch with you! Recruitment process: • Interview with People Operations Specialist - a 30-minute online meeting to get to know each other better, • Interview with the Subchapter Leader and People Operations Specialist - a more in-depth conversation about the role and mutual expectations, lasting about 1 hour. You can count on our feedback after each stage to ensure the process is as transparent and valuable as possible.
