CTO (Mobile Consumer App Start-up)

Nasze wymagania: Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-growth consumer app environment. A background in building products similar to Headspace, Calm, or habit-tracking platforms. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy. The ability to build and mentor a team from the ground up. High-level system design for scalable, distributed mobile architectures. Architecting shared-access and permission systems for family or sponsor oversight. Planning for data sovereignty and multi-region cloud infrastructure. Architecture design for iOS and Android using Flutter or React Native. Integration with Apple Watch and other major smartwatch platforms. Experience with data encryption and GDPR. O projekcie: We are looking for a technical leader to join our client at the earliest stage of a UK government-funded startup. They are building a platform dedicated to gambling awareness and addiction prevention. This is a role for someone who has already scaled a startup and wants to use those skills to solve a genuine societal problem. Zakres obowiązków: You will be responsible for the entire technical architecture, ensuring our data is secure and our systems are compliant with the highest standards. We need someone who can design a seamless experience between mobile devices and smartwatches, focusing on real-time support and accountability for our users.
