So in general: we have fun combined with a lot of sanity. 🙂 About the role: We are looking for a Senior, Hands-on Engineer to step into a technical leadership role on our Mobile Team. You will take full technical ownership of our mobile platform, working alongside two senior mobile engineers to scale our app's stability, reliability, and engineering standards. This is a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) role — it focuses 100% on architecture, processes, and high-impact code execution. People management is not the focus of this role. We operate an AI-first environment that gives you massive autonomy from day one. We expect you to use that space to push technical boundaries, pitch process updates, and design long-term architectural stability. Our perks: Fruit Fridays? Wymagania: - 5+ years in Mobile Engineering, with 2+ years leading architectures, release environments, or anchoring technical decisions- Deep Flutter Experience: A proven track record of shipping and maintaining large-scale production applications using Flutter and Dart- Pipeline Competency: Direct experience building, managing, or heavily enhancing mobile CI/CD automated distribution pipelines- Backend Mindset (Node.js preferred): Strong fullstack capabilities with Node.js experience — we will happily accept a pure mobile specialist provided you are enthusiastic about learning our backend ecosystem and growing into a fullstack contributor- Process Leadership Focus: Comfort driving technical initiatives, writing architecture RFCs, and establishing standards across a flat, engineering-driven squad- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Organized, highly proactive, and an outstanding professional communicator who thrives in collaborative team environments- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)- Must have: Time Zone Alignment: Willingness to work regular day hours with the operational flexibility to stay available until 5:00–6:00 PM CET for emergency deployments and collaboration syncs with the South American team Codzienne zadania: - Hands-on Engineering: Lead core mobile development by writing clean, highly testable code in Flutter and Dart - Architecture Mastery: Define, document, and evolve mobile app patterns alongside the engineering squad - Elevate Observability: Own application health monitoring by upgrading and fine-tuning our tracking configurations (Sentry and Grafana) - Evolve CI/CD Systems: Take charge of our automated compilation, signing, and delivery infrastructure, improving pipelines wherever needed - Establish Production Standards: Implement clean, predictable team processes for code reviews, code freezes, and public app store releases - Drive Quality Strategies: Audit our current E2E test suites and establish modern testing patterns to protect our release boundaries
