Summary: This role involves contributing to the development of an AI-powered healthcare app and evolving it into a comprehensive healthcare management platform. The primary goal is to deliver tangible solutions efficiently while ensuring collaboration with product teams and implementing best security practices.Responsibilities:* Take responsibility for mobile application implementation.* Design and implement practical applications while avoiding over-engineering.* Ensure secure coding practices and conduct vulnerability assessments.* Collaborate closely with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.* Maintain an adaptable software architecture.Must Haves:* Experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.* Expertise in native iOS development with Swift.* Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles.Nice to Haves:* Experience in a startup environment.* Familiarity with Firebase and mobile-specific technologies.* Knowledge of Dutch healthcare systems or regulated industries.* Experience with AI-native workflows and growth strategies in mobile apps.Other Details:* Location: Flexible (Remote)* Team Structure: 5-person dev team* Reporting Lines: Direct collaboration with product teams
