Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: This is a highly sought after founding iOS role for a venture backed Silicon Valley startup building AI to empower humanity, not replace it. Our founder is a Harvard MD who built Robyn to empower 8 billion people to be more empowered, human, and connected. This is a role for a self starter who will do whatever it takes to get things done. This is NOT a big tech job where you can coast and expect everything to be done for you. Disclaimer: You should NOT apply if you need things to be perfect, have rigid processes, complain, or need constant oversight. This is for people who make it happen, who wants to own things end to end, who get excited about working with a lean, elite team who gives solutions, not problems. You will work with the best devs in the world and build a product that changes the way we live for the better. We offer an extremely compelling equity package on top of top 1% market salary because we believe in our team. If you ever wanted to build the real Jarvis from Ironman, if you want to get a sense of what Apple would have been like in the garage, if you want to put your name on the codebase that will redefine how technology empowers humanity, and will do whatever it takes, this is for you. Codzienne zadania: - You're an exceptional Swift/SwiftUI engineer. You've shipped production apps that real people use and love — not internal tools, not B2B dashboards. Consumer products where the experience is the product. - You are proficient in using AI tools to supercharge your work - You have strong opinions about iOS architecture (MVVM, Coordinator, TCA — whatever you use, you can defend it and you've felt the tradeoffs). - You've worked with real-time data, integrations (HealthKit, EventKit, push, background processing), and you understand the constraints and opportunities of the Apple ecosystem deeply. - You've built conversational or dynamic UI — chat interfaces, streaming responses, adaptive layouts. Bonus if you've worked on anything AI-native. - You move fast without making a mess. You know the difference between technical debt you're choosing to take on and technical debt you're accumulating by accident. - You communicate clearly and directly. No posturing, no hedging. You say what you think and you're open to being wrong. - You're self-directed. You don't need to be managed — you need a mission, context, and trust. You'll get all three.
