About the Role We are building with our partner a next-generation passwordless authentication platform used by millions worldwide. It uses advanced biometrics to secure digital identities and enable one-touch access. The solution supports document and biometric verification, data processing, and configurable verification criteria. In this role, you will play a key part in building innovative, high-performance SDKs that will run on millions of devices worldwide. As a developer in this team, you will focus on deep integration with Android and iOS internals, researching system services and security mechanisms to stay ahead of platform changes. Working on developer-centric products, you will collaborate with security researchers and backend engineers to design advanced solutions for sectors like banking. Please note that we follow a hybrid model with a requirement for regular in-office syncs to foster team collaboration. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • at least 8 years of commercial programming experience in mobile development (Android or iOS, both platforms an advantage) • strong practical experience in developing mobile SDKs, preferably used by third-party developers and large-scale organizations • knowledge about OS internals (memory, threading, security models) • understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency in mobile applications • understanding application lifecycle management, resource management and performance optimization • knowledge of mobile testing strategies • experience with AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation, and helping teammates in resolving common technical issues • ability to work independently • experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications • familiarity with app publishing processes on both App Store and Google Play • advanced level of English and Polish (written and spoken) Nice to Have • experience with cross-platform mobile development  • knowledge of security solutions for mobile platforms (RASP, root/jailbreak detection, anti-tampering, etc.) • familiarity with performance profiling and debugging tools (e.g., Instruments, Perfetto, Systrace) • familiarity with hardware components (TEE, Secure Enclave, KeyStore) What You’ll Find at Framna • real impact on the implemented solutions and project growth • business value over technical perfection • continuous feedback and open communication • mentoring program and 1:1 meetings • internal workshops and dev's meetings • flexible working hours (we start between 7.00 -10.00 a.m.) and remote work possibility • office in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz (hybrid model with regular in-office syncs – preference for local candidates) • good equipment: MacBook and testing devices  • individual training budget and office library • free English classes in small groups • MultiSport and private medical package (Compensa) • team buildings events If you thrive in an environment that values accountability, adaptability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving in a friendly atmosphere, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
