Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
3–4+ years of commercial experience in mobile development (Android & iOS).
Deep engineering knowledge of Flutter, Kotlin, and Java.
Mastery of AI-assisted and terminal-driven programming, including experience with Claude Code and Cursor.
Ability to handle agentic workflows and debug complex LLM outputs.
Willingness to work from Warsaw office 5 days a week.
Strong product thinking, passion for innovation, and a 'get things done' attitude.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Practical experience with backend technologies: Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Experience with native iOS development (Swift).

You will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications, shifting focus from manual syntax writing to high-level system design and rapid AI-assisted execution.
Your success will be measured by architectural vision, product mindset, and speed of delivery.
Zakres obowiązków:
Leverage Claude Code and Cursor to build, refactor, and deploy production-ready mobile features at 10x speed.
Architect and maintain robust mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
Drive the product forward by experimenting with bleeding-edge agentic tools and introducing innovative mobile solutions.
Collaborate closely with backend systems, occasionally diving into server-side workflows.
