We have an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team in Poland, and we’re currently looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to be a part of the team. The Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native + iOS) will play a key role in leading the technical delivery of our cross-platform React Native applications, combining hands-on application development with complete ownership of build, test, and release pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable, and auditable software delivery to production and pre-production environments. As the primary point of accountability for release health, this role is responsible for escalating blockers and standardizing practices across the mobile codebase, prioritizing long-term automation over manual, one-off releases to strategically balance delivery speed with production stability. Wymagania: - 8+ years shipping production mobile apps, including 3+ years hands-on React Native;- Hands-on iOS native development experience;- Proficiency in TypeScript and building scalable, maintainable mobile architectures;- Solid experience with App Store delivery and release processes, including deployments and versioning;- Understanding of release implications, including handling embedded web assets and remote configuration;- Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment, with strong communication skills;- Pragmatic testing mindset, understanding when to prioritize unit testing for critical logic vs. integration or E2E testing. Codzienne zadania: - Build and deliver high-quality mobile features in TypeScript within a scalable, modular architecture; - Support multi-brand applications from a single codebase using configuration-driven approaches; - Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for iOS & Android, including automated builds and quality gates; - Lead the end-to-end release process, from versioning and build orchestration to store deployment; - Drive mobile testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure production stability and quality; - Define and enforce engineering standards for maintainability, scalability, and code quality; - Act as a technical leader and mentor, contributing to team growth and engineering excellence.
