WS2.4 Project Lead (Application Failover)

Nasze wymagania: Experience leading cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder management across all levels Deep understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements Experience managing complex projects (planning → execution → monitoring → closing) Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills (senior management exposure) Technical proficiency with project management tools Understanding of risk management principles in financial institutions Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards Strong leadership skills and ability to guide junior team members Zakres obowiązków: Lead project 2.4 – Uplift Application Failover Ensure deadlines and targets are met across failover capability uplift Build strong relationships with COOs, SATLs, and SDTLs Facilitate Application Failover updates in SATL meetings Act as SPOC for WS2.4 Application Uplift deliverables Ensure complex activities progress ahead of committed closure dates Step in as workstream lead when required Look 4–6 months ahead to identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation actions Drive project closure and ensure delivery stability
