About the Project As an Agile Coach, you will work with teams across the finance/stock exchange industry to implement Agile best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive organizational agility. You will collaborate with leadership, product teams, and Scrum Masters to optimize Agile adoption and execution. Wymagania: - At least 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools - Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills - Good command of English Nice to Have - Certifications such as SAFe SPC, PSM III, - Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise agility - Familiarity with DevOps and Lean principles Codzienne zadania: - Guide teams and leadership in Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices - Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance Agile maturity - Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives across the organization - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve Agile workflows - Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
