Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: • You are responsible for helping the teams to maximize value for internal and external customers, meet requirements and increase efficiency and productivity • You will implement various agile methodologies/frameworks (depending on team requirements) • Engage all relevant people and coach those involved in product delivery • Support the development of an organizational culture that fosters a dynamic atmosphere and a "fail fast" learning culture • You create transparency of obstacles and dependencies Your Profile: • You have 3-4+ years of professional experience and would like to contribute with your experience to our international structure • You are a strong team player who believes that agility is mainly about mindset, attitude, and behavior • You have the ability to translate agile ceremonies and techniques into a meaningful experience • Knowledge of how to support teams in delivering outcomes • You are open to B2B contract and remote work How about? • ‎Flexible working hours?
