O projekcie: We're currently looking for an experienced candidate for Agile Delivery Lead (he / she) position. Location: - 100% remote (Poland) Salary offered: - B2B: 900-1000 PLN/MD/B2B contract (depending on skills and experience) What We Offer - Long-term collaboration - Technical training, certifications, and skills development - Competence Center mentoring - being a member of the Competence Center community from day one is an opportunity to develop your skills, participate in various conferences, and share knowledge and experience with people who face the same challenges every day - Clear career path - Employee benefits package (Multisport, private healthcare, life insurance) - Friendly working atmosphere, team-building events, and team-building meetings Wymagania: You will be successful in this role if: - Demonstrated use of flow metrics and forecasting techniques to improve predictability and manage stakeholder expectations. - Hands-on experience implementing Kanban and Scrum in software delivery contexts, including WIP policies, explicit workflow states, and empirical inspection/adaptation. - Proficient in Jira (Actionable Agile and Power BI beneficial) - Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management; able to communicate between technical and non-technical audiences. - Analytical problem-solving with data literacy (percentiles, trend analysis, probability-based forecasting). - Fluent English Codzienne zadania: - Enable predictable and value-focused delivery across cross-functional engineering teams by applying flow principles and continuous improvement practices. - Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align on priorities, define delivery goals, and ensure shared understanding of outcomes. - Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, daily stand-ups) and ensure they drive meaningful insights and improvements. - Optimize and implement agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum based on the team's context, maturity, and business needs. - Use flow metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, WIP, flow efficiency) to forecast delivery timelines and improve predictability. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-informed experiments and coaching teams on agile, lean, and flow best practices. - Enhance collaboration within engineering teams, strengthening cross-functional communication and shared ownership of outcomes. - Contribute to organisational agility, helping evolve delivery processes, tools, and standards across teams.
