Wymagania:
We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of technology and business initiatives within a complex corporate environment.

- Proven experience in Agile delivery or IT project management.- Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience managing project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in complex environments.- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.- Agile or project management certifications are an advantage.

Codzienne zadania:
- Drive Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
- Coordinate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and blockers.
- Monitor delivery performance and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Support resource allocation, release planning and delivery improvements.
- Ensure alignment with internal processes, governance and quality standards.
