Codzienne zadania: - Drive end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives globally, from inception through production. - Facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across multiple Scrum teams. - Coach and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and promoting delivery excellence. - Lead roadmap creation and execution for AI products in partnership with Digital Product Teams. - Manage timelines, budgets, backlogs, and quality metrics, reporting regularly to senior stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues promptly to minimize impact. - Ensure strict governance adherence while contributing to process improvements. - Collaborate with Business, IT, and cross-functional teams across regions to achieve programme goals. - Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support initiative success.
