AI Delivery Manager

Wymagania: - Proven track record in delivering complex projects/programmes using Agile methodologies in a large, multinational corporate environment. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle (initiation, analysis, design, testing, transition). - Previous experience coordinating digital or AI-related initiatives preferred. - Agile SCRUM certification or Project Management Professional equivalent. - University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Strong leadership skills to manage matrix-based global project teams. - Commercial acumen and risk management capability. - Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken). Zakres obowiązków: - Drive end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives globally, from inception through production. - Facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across multiple Scrum teams. - Coach and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and promoting delivery excellence. - Lead roadmap creation and execution for AI products in partnership with Digital Product Teams. - Manage timelines, budgets, backlogs, and quality metrics, reporting regularly to senior stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues promptly to minimize impact. - Ensure strict governance adherence while contributing to process improvements. - Collaborate with Business, IT, and cross-functional teams across regions to achieve programme goals. - Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support initiative success. - Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
