AI Project Manager – Business Consultant

Project Manager – AI Transformation We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys related to AI development and implementation. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives. Your responsibilities • Partner with clients on AI transformation programs, providing project management expertise and strategic guidance • Actively contribute as a trusted advisor in project management matters for both clients and internal stakeholders • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans • Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to ensure project scope, budget, and milestones are met • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and practices to effectively address client needs • Support governance, reporting, and risk management for AI-related initiatives Requirements • Higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within distributed, multicultural environments • Hands-on experience in AI-related projects and driving AI transformation programs • Understanding of Agentic AI developments, including relevant frameworks, methodologies, protocols, and agent-to-agent interoperability • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other project management tools • One or more professional certifications, such as:PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change Management • Willingness to collaborate with international teams; openness to travel (up to 20%) is a plus but not required Nice to have • Proficiency in an additional European language • Experience working in consulting environments • Background in change management or business analysis • Six Sigma and/or Business Analysis certification
