Nasze wymagania: 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in AI, data, digital transformation, or technology environments Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in matrix and international environments Good understanding of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven products Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities Fluent English (written and spoken) Familiarity with AI governance, GenAI solutions, or MLOps concepts O projekcie: AI & Automation Unit is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI-driven initiatives delivered both locally and as part of Deutsche Telekom Group programs. This role combines strategic project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution in a fast-evolving AI and automation environment. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of business, technology, and corporate governance, ensuring effective delivery of AI solutions aligned with local priorities and Group-wide standards. This is not a coordination role. We expect you to own delivery, manage risk proactively, and keep leadership informed without being asked. Zakres obowiązków: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects across multiple business domains Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication Collaborate with local business units, IT, legal, security, and Group stakeholders Alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, compliance, and AI standards Translate business needs into structured project plans and execution roadmaps Support prioritization and scaling of AI use cases from pilot to production Drive effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and business impact
