Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: 3+ years of experience in project management within software development, including client-facing work. Strong communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken). Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines. High ownership mindset and strong sense of accountability. Experience managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Curiosity, proactivity, and an AI-first mindset with a strong willingness to learn. Availability to work flexible hours to support clients across time zones. Mile widziane: Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments. Exposure to AI products, LLM-based workflows, or automation projects. Understanding of AI agents, orchestration tools, and modern AI ecosystems (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, LangChain, MCP, vector databases). Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments. Technical literacy and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and AI developers. Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills. Interest in emerging AI trends and practical business applications. O projekcie: This is a hybrid, full-time role combining Project Management and Operational Support. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, predictable delivery of client projects while supporting internal processes, tools, and operations. The role requires strong ownership, process discipline, and the ability to effectively switch between multiple priorities and contexts. Zakres obowiązków: Project Management Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, including timelines, priorities, and capacity planning. Translate business needs into clear roadmaps, product backlogs, KPIs, and success metrics (e.g. SLA improvements, automation, cost savings). Identify risks and blockers, proactively manage them, and drive execution forward. Work effectively in ambiguous environments and help build processes from scratch. Enhance and maintain structured project processes, tools, and ways of working. Lead client communication: align expectations, clarify scope, and ensure transparency throughout delivery. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction. Build strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities where relevant. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet real business needs. Apply project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, PRINCE2) as appropriate. Bring strong business understanding and confidence in client-facing conversations. Operational Support Manage internal tools and support operational processes (e.g. Plane, Google Workspace, Slack). Support the implementation of AI agents automating internal and client workflows. Assist with client proposal preparation and AI technology research. Support contract management and administrative workflows. Contribute to process optimization and workflow automation initiatives. Help design and implement internal processes as the company evolves toward productized offerings. Assist with reporting, cost modeling, and evaluation of new business opportunities. Oferujemy: Salary: PLN 12,000–15,000 net, depending on experience. Hybrid work model (1–2 days per week in a central Warsaw office). Flexible working hours focused on outcomes, not presence.
