AI Tooling Programme Manager

Wymagania: - Proven experience in programme management within a regulated financial environment. - Strong background in vendor management and large-scale transformation programmes. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (all organizational levels). - Demonstrated leadership, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in complex settings. - In-depth understanding of financial planning, governance frameworks, and portfolio management practices. - Working knowledge of AI technologies and compliance requirements in finance. - Technical literacy that allows challenging unrealistic estimates and anticipating risks. - Delivery-focused mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure. Codzienne zadania: - Own and deliver AI tooling programmes end-to-end in a regulated financial environment. - Manage complex dependencies, risks, and governance frameworks across multiple teams. - Maintain strong engagement with senior stakeholders and vendor partners. - Track programme success, including regular reporting and risk management. - Ensure compliance with AI control requirements (cyber controls, audit readiness, access/cost management). - Drive delivery with accountability, removing blockers and ensuring teams work efficiently. - Coordinate with global cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, FinOps, Engineering) to maintain alignment.
