O projekcie: At Mindbox we connect top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe.   We are looking for an Atlassian SME to champion the effective use of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM). You will work closely with delivery teams, service teams, and product owners to improve ways of working, drive consistent standards, and ensure the tools are configured to support business outcomes. Experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud is desirable to support future platform evolution. Codzienne zadania: - Act as the primary point of contact for Jira, Confluence, and JSM usage, advising teams on scalable ways to structure work and knowledge. - Provide day-to-day support to end users and stakeholders: triage queries, resolve configuration requests, and translate requirements into workable solutions. - Jira project configuration (issue types, workflows, fields, screens, permissions) - Confluence information architecture (spaces, templates, page structures, governance) - JSM service project design (request types, portals, SLAs, queues, knowledge integration) - Partner with teams to design and improve service and delivery processes, including workflows, approvals, and reporting. - Build and maintain automation rules (Jira/JSM) to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. - Support planning and portfolio management using Advanced Roadmaps (Plans), including hierarchy design, dependency management, and roadmap reporting. - Produce clear documentation, templates, and “how-to” guides; run clinics, training sessions, and onboarding to improve adoption and self-service. - Support integration and reporting needs (dashboards, filters, subscriptions) to measure flow, service performance, and delivery outcomes. - Contribute to platform governance by recommending standards and guardrails that balance flexibility with consistency.
