Business Continuity Manager

Nasze wymagania: At least 3 years of IT‑relevant experience, incl. 2+ years in a similar role Master degree - MUST HAVE Advanced English - at least C1 At least 1 certification: ITIL® 4 Foundation (or higher), Business Continuity Management – Foundation , Business Analysis foundation‑level certification (e.g. ECBA, UML, BPM) or higher, PRINCE2® Foundation or PM² (or equivalent) Strong experience in Business Continuity Management (BCMS, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO) Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks and assessments Experience in data consolidation and analysis Knowledge of business analysis and process modelling (e.g. BPMN, UML) Knowledge of project management methodologies Very good MS Office skills O projekcie: The role focuses on ensuring consistency, alignment, and integration of business continuity management systems (BCMS) across the organization, working in a structured, documentation‑driven and compliance‑oriented environment. Zakres obowiązków: Baseline analysis of BCMS documentation Data consolidation and analysis Consistency, alignment, and quality control of BCMS artefacts Gap analysis and improvement proposals Documentation drafting and standardisation Operational and administrative support to the BCMS Task Force Oferujemy: A full-time contract with possibility to choose the form of employment (UoP/B2B) Stable and long-term cooperation A clearly defined career path and the possibility of development in four areas as: Project Manager, Business Manager, Technical Leader and a specialist in their field Participation in company conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunities Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches
