O projekcie: We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused professional to support the CEO and senior leadership team in delivering key internal initiatives across the organization. Our partner is a stable, profitable IT services provider working with international clients. The position is based in Budapest, operating in a flexible hybrid model, requiring 2-3 office day per week. Wymagania: What we are looking for: - 2-4 years of experience focused on consulting, process improvement or business operations - Hands-on project management experience (ideally in IT, digital, or operations) - Strong execution mindset - you take ownership and get things done - Structured thinking combined with strong communication and excellent stakeholder management and diplomacy - Confident communication in English (German is a plus) - Interest in AI, automation, and improving how companies operate Codzienne zadania: - Drive internal, cross-functional projects from idea to implementation - Support leadership by ensuring initiatives are executed effectively - Coordinate between teams and eliminate bottlenecks - Identify inefficiencies and actively improve internal processes - Contribute to company-wide transformation and harmonization efforts
