Wymagania: - 5+ years of experience in Sales operations or BizOps.  - Salesforce CRM experience is a baseline requirement.  - Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and Sales Cloud workflows.  - Ability to influence field sales teams and drive adoption without direct mandate.  - Pragmatic approach to scoping, focusing first on high-value workflows over complexity. Codzienne zadania: - Specify Sales user stories and define precise acceptance criteria.  - Validate agent behavior in UAT sessions alongside field sales participants.  - Map current and future-state Sales processes to create enablement and training materials.  - Track feature usage, deal velocity, and representative productivity metrics post-deployment.  - Maintain alignment with sales leadership regarding priorities and business constraints.  - Evaluate where agent workflows address friction better than competitive tools.
