Job Title: Change Management Consultant (ADKAR) Location: Copenhagen Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until 31.12.2026 (+ extension option) Workload: Full-time (minimum 4 days per week onsite)About the Role We are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to support an ongoing program within the Integrated Planning space. You will work closely with our internal Change Manager and play a key role in driving and supporting change initiatives across the program. Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning and execution of change management activities across the program • Collaborate with the internal Change Manager to ensure alignment of change initiatives • Apply structured change management methodologies, need to be ADKAR • Assist in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training activities • Contribute to readiness assessments and adoption tracking • Support the development of communication materials and change artifacts • Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful change adoption Key Requirements: • Proven experience in change management within large programs or transformations • Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks • Solid understanding of change processes, stakeholder management, and communication strategies • Experience working in complex organizational environments • Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) • Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have: • Mid-level consultant with hands-on experience (not necessarily senior) • Structured, proactive, and able to work independently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience from similar transformation or planning-related programs is a plus Other Details: The role requires onsite presence in Copenhagen at least 4 days per week. Immediate start is preferred.
