PROJECT INFORMATION: Industry: Banking Remuneration: up to 150 PLN/h Work model: hybrid (3/week in Warsaw) Summary We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead change and release activities in a program focused on technology changes within the z/OS mainframe environment. Main Responsibilities The Change Manager will handle the coordination of change management and release processes ensuring alignment with internal guidelines. • Change management for business process and technical changes • Coordinate/facilitate changes required by application development teams • Manage change and release management processes per the bank's internal guidelines • Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users Key Requirements • 5+ years of change and release management experience • Business analysis and change impact assessment skills • Banking experience and knowledge of the z/OS mainframe • Strong communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience with Broadcom/CA Technologies tools like Endevor, Telon, Easytrieve, TPX, CA Spool, JCL Check • Experience facilitating information sharing and upskilling activities
