Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute change management approaches aligned with each client’s environment, including impact and readiness analyses, stakeholder identification, structured change roadmaps, and adoption metrics. • Engage stakeholders through interactive workshops, interviews, and focus groups to incorporate employee perspectives into solution design. • Create practical communication and learning solutions such as enablement programs, training paths, coaching frameworks, and super-user communities to support adoption. • Plan and implement clear communication strategies that explain the transformation vision, expected benefits, and real-world implications for teams. • Facilitate impact analysis sessions to evaluate current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes and define mitigation and transition actions. • Perform readiness and adoption assessments to measure organizational preparedness and monitor progress throughout the transformation. • Manage project streams from initiation to closure — including scope, scheduling, risk/issue tracking (RAID), budget oversight, and quality assurance — ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and costs. • Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Skills & Experience • 4–7 years’ experience in project delivery and organizational change management, preferably within technology-driven transformation programs. • Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle change initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with confidence presenting to senior leadership. • Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher). • Relevant certifications are advantageous, such as change management credentials (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, ADKAR), project management (PRINCE2, PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis. Additional Qualifications (Preferred) • Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly German or Italian. • Background in consulting or participation in large, cross-country transformation programs. • Industry experience in financial services and/or the public sector. • Familiarity with BPMN or process modeling practices. • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%, depending on project requirements.
