🌍Remote work: fully remote. 📑Assignment type: B2B – 140-170 zl/h. 📕Project language: English. ⏳Project length: > contract until the end of the year + possibility of extension ⏰Start: ASAP / 1 month. 💻Workload: full time. 💼 Industry: security services Introduction & Summary: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to take ownership of Change, Communications, and Training within the Connected Threat Defense project. This project is crucial for enhancing the organisation's threat detection and response capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of stakeholder management, impact analysis, and effective change design. Main Responsibilities: The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of change management, including: • Performing Change Impact Assessments • Managing communications across operational teams (L2, L3, L4) • Executing training plans and developing training materials • Ensuring playbooks are fit for purpose and implemented into operations • Conducting readiness assessments Key Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes • Strong analytical capability with hands-on impact assessment experience • Proven ability to document transition paths from AS-IS to TO-BE states • Experience in identifying operational and process gaps prior to service transition • Extensive experience in structured training and adoption initiatives • Aptitude for designing operational playbooks for service delivery • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels Nice to Have: • Experience in Cyber Security projects • Knowledge of XDR solutions and methodologies • Strong focus on sustainable change outcomes
