Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the cloud or IT consulting industry. Proven experience with SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) and exposure to SAP private cloud solutions, including RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, HEC, and CAS. Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to adapt content for technical and non-technical audiences, including customer management. Strong engagement management, stakeholder relationship building, and de-escalation skills. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a “customer first” mindset. Experience working in multicultural, international teams. Candidate must have ECS experience along with exposure to SAP private cloud offerings (RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, HEC, CAS). The candidate will be required to align their working hours with the US time zone. Mile widziane: Additional certifications in SAP or cloud technologies are a plus. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Prior experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving technology environment. O projekcie: As a Client Delivery Manager (CDM) in the MEE region, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with SAP’s private cloud customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and commercial success. You will be the primary point of contact for clients leveraging RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention, directly impacting HCLTech’s reputation as a trusted technology partner. Zakres obowiązków: Serve as the main liaison for SAP’s private cloud customers, overseeing their end-to-end engagement journey from onboarding through renewal. Plan, coordinate, and regularly align with customers to ensure service delivery meets their unique requirements and business objectives. Lead stakeholder management activities, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with client contacts at all levels, including senior management. Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, supporting ongoing projects and actively de-escalating critical situations to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage commercial aspects of client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand service adoption and drive business growth. Act as the customer’s advocate within the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed. Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams in a hybrid remote/onsite environment to deliver seamless cloud solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and SAP cloud offerings, ensuring clients benefit from the latest innovations and best practices.
