Nasze wymagania: 10+ years of experience in Technology programme and project management, preferably within a global financial services organization. Proven success in delivering complex technology infrastructure transformation projects across Cloud and On-Premise Data Centres. Strong knowledge of FinOps principles and practical application in cost management. Hands-on experience with cloud cost management tools such as Cloudability or Apptio One. Expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies. Effective leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams across geographies. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Fluency in English (minimum level: Fluent). Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience. Mile widziane: Certifications in Cloud or FinOps (e.g., AWS FinOps Certification, Cloud Financial Management). Experience working in a highly regulated environment. Zakres obowiązków: Lead end-to-end management of technology infrastructure cost transformation programmes, from design and planning to successful delivery. Develop project scope, desired outcomes, plans, budgets, resource estimates, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Present key insights and performance metrics to senior leadership, supporting decision-making processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure seamless programme execution. Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Provide domain expertise in Cloud Economics and FinOps best practices to guide transformation efforts. Lead Change Management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools, driving continuous improvement. Analyse programme outcomes to identify lessons learned and optimize future initiatives.
