O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and delivery - Hands-on experience with application upgrades and data migration projects, including cutover planning - Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and solution architecture principles - Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (e.g. Jira, Helix) - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail - High level of accountability, proactivity, and adaptability in fast-changing environments - Strong interpersonal and networking skills - Fluent English (spoken and written) - Flexibility to support deployments during evenings or weekends when required Nice to have: - Experience in banking or financial services environments Codzienne zadania: - Define and drive the rollout strategy for cloud migration across IT and business areas - Lead rollout execution and manage release processes end-to-end - Ensure effective service transition and operational readiness for new solutions - Plan and coordinate deployment activities, including cutover planning - Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the rollout lifecycle - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders - Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards - Coordinate go-live activities, including those requiring work outside standard business hours
