O projekcie: A client from the healthcare industry is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening IT infrastructure and enhancing protection against cyber threats through the delivery of complex security programs in a dynamic technological environment. Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT- Proven experience delivering complex IT or security-related projects- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and risk management- Experience in budget management and cost control- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)- Residing in Poland required Nice to have requirements - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM) Codzienne zadania: - Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of cybersecurity projects (e.g., security system implementations, audits, awareness programs) - Develop and manage the long-term cybersecurity roadmap, including priorities and key milestones - Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, including cost analysis of implementation and maintenance of security solutions - Coordinate and collaborate closely with IT teams (infrastructure, software development, support) to ensure alignment - Identify and manage technical and process dependencies across IT systems and infrastructure components - Assess technology risks and vulnerabilities, and plan preventive actions and incident response measures - Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across the organization - Drive security standards, policies, and best practices across projects and programs
