Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week)As a Data & Analytics Project Manager – Strategic Data Initiatives, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, committed to transforming data into strategic assets. You will support critical projects within the Data and Analytics Office, driving risk reduction, simplifying data architecture, and automating controls to enhance compliance and operational resilience. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of data-driven innovation, working on high-profile initiatives that shape the future of banking analytics. Your main responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-complexity projects such as Data Migration and Regulatory Pilot initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues promptly to maintain momentum and compliance. • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status, risks, and issues using approved tools and dashboards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project outcomes deliver measurable business value. • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices across projects. • Support governance activities by participating in Programme Capability Review sessions and Steering Committees. • Assist in resource planning, budget management, and resolving project delivery constraints. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 4 years of experience managing complex data or technology projects, preferably within financial services. • Strong knowledge of data architecture, project management methodologies, and risk mitigation techniques. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various levels. • Familiarity with data migration, data governance, and automation initiatives. • Experience with project tracking tools and dashboards for status reporting. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2). • Background in regulatory projects within banking or financial institutions. Language Required for the role: • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
