Project Manager will play an important role in shaping the organisation’s data strategy, focusing on initiatives that reduce risk, simplify data architecture, and introduce automated controls supporting compliance and operational stability. In this position, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects such as strategic tooling implementations, data migration initiatives and pilots related to processing records, all of which are key to the broader data management roadmap. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, clear planning, and strong adoption of solutions that improve how data is governed and used across the organisation. What's in it for you? - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours - Working with modern IT technologies - Growth and development opportunities with the possibility to move between projects - Private healthcare and multisport card - Referral program, free parking and company events Wymagania: - Excellent knowledge of financial institutions, with a strong focus on regulatory deliveries - Exceptional understanding of data management, privacy and governance (preferable) - Extensive project management skills, with a proven track record of managing large and complex global projects in a change environment - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role - Strong stakeholder management experience, from ExCo level to analysts, with a talent for impactful communication - Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, achieving stated business outcomes with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach - Experience applying Agile methodologies in project and product development - Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g., SAFe) - Impeccable written, verbal and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence Codzienne zadania: - Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, escalating key issues when needed to keep delivery aligned with programme priorities - Monitor budgets, resource allocation and overall delivery, flagging potential challenges early and coordinating support where required - Track project progress against milestones and OKRs, providing clear updates on status, risks and dependencies using agreed tools and dashboards - Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to strengthen delivery quality and consistency - Ensure projects stay aligned with the broader strategic vision while sharing insights that support programme-wide outcomes
