Delivery Assurance Manager

Nasze wymagania:
Availability to work from the Szczecin office
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of International leadership experience in IT service or delivery assurance
Experience working in a medical or pharmaceutical IT environment
Proven track record in managing compliance, transition, and release processes
Strong understanding of test management, transition, release planning, and change management
Experience working with IT compliance requirements and digital solutions within regulated environments is considered an advantage
Professional English is required
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service lifecycle management
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across DD&IT, business functions, and external partners
Ability to define and implement change management processes
Ability to translate quality and compliance requirements into pragmatic solutions
Structured and analytical approach to complex delivery assurance challenges
Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on business value and operational excellence
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working effectively with external vendors

Mile widziane:
Experience with digital transformation and/or DevOps practices
Familiarity with the Technology Business Management (TBM) model

Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and develop the Delivery Assurance team of 9 colleagues, setting clear direction and promoting a service-oriented mindset
Maintain, direct and strengthen the IT test and validation framework to ensure consistent delivery quality and agreed quality standards
Oversee and optimize transition processes to enable smoother handover of global IT services into Operation
Ensure compliance and documentation integrity of IT deliveries, including those supporting medico-related digital products
Own and optimize change and release management processes in alignment with ITIL practices
Own and optimize IT vendor management, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards
Lead release planning and communication across DD&IT and business stakeholders
Maintain audit readiness and support audit-related activities within your area of responsibility
Define and drive the roadmap for continuous improvement of Delivery Assurance practices, aligned with DD&IT strategic priorities
Promote a service-oriented mindset across the delivery assurance function
