Wymagania: ✔️Experience: - 5+ years in IT project delivery, digital transformation, or related roles, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. - Familiar with Agile methodologies and IT service management. ✔️Personal skills: - Strategic thinking: develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with business goals. - Leadership: lead, motivate and onboard teams to achieve milestones and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. - Technical understanding: broad knowledge of IT systems and software to support scalable solutions. - Project management: plan, execute and monitor projects to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards. - Stakeholder engagement: communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations. - Problem-solving & decision-making: analyze issues and implement practical solutions to keep delivery on track. - Agile expertise: apply and embed agile practices, coach teams, and drive iterative delivery. - Risk & change management: identify and mitigate risks and lead smooth transitions during change. - Communication & presentation: explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and present results confidently. Codzienne zadania: - Facilitate end-to-end delivery of digital and IT products (planning, development, testing, release) using the most appropriate framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Team of Teams, Prince2). - Monitor progress, quality, scope and budget; track risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and team performance (e.g., process mapping), promote best practices, and support onboarding to foster collaboration and learning. - Act as the primary link between teams, product owners, business units and external partners: manage communication, changes and stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and cohesion. - Translate business needs into IT deliverables to ensure solutions support organizational goals; validate that stakeholder requirements are met through effective delivery. - Remove impediments and optimize team productivity by ensuring teams have necessary resources and applying targeted improvement strategies. - Depending on seniority, support multiple teams and/or assume product ownership responsibilities (backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment). - Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to structure delivery, continuously review and refine processes, and document lessons learned.
