Wymagania:
- Proven track record of successfully managing technology deliveries in complex environments.
- Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models on global projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
- Experience with estimation, sprint planning, risk tracking, and progress reporting.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setup.

Zakres obowiązków:
- Facilitate delivery of high‑quality software from discovery to release using Agile methodologies.
- Align business goals with release plans to ensure timely and value‑driven delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and cross‑functional teams to remove impediments and maintain team focus.
- Organise and lead Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups.
- Plan, track, and communicate release schedules, milestones, and team velocity.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and tools.
- Lead release management preparation and execution, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies across teams.
- Report on project performance using metrics such as velocity, burn‑down charts, and backlog tracking.
- Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
