Wymagania: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within IT service delivery or project management - Proven experience as a vendor representative, not only in internal project management - Experience in managing own teams and budgets - Practical usage of Agile approaches and methodologies - Technical background - Diagnosing problems and documenting the knowledge - Ability to maintain good business relationships with customers - Determination, proactivity, ambition, ability to work in a team, and positive attitude - Skill in delegating and enforcing tasks - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Good knowledge of project management tools: Jira, MS Office - Fluent in Polish required - Residing in Poland required O firmie: - Sii is the leading technology consulting, digital transformation, engineering, and business services vendor in Poland.
