A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Digital Development Lead would be: • Manage and triage BAU digital queries across platforms • Drive delivery across both BAU and project-based digital initiatives • Coordinate UI/UX consistency across digital platforms • Own and manage digital platforms, ecosystems, and system landscapes • Assess how new requests align with existing architecture and strategy • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery timelines and milestones are met • Act as a key liaison with Product Owners and business stakeholders • Manage delivery expectations and stakeholder communications • Conduct requirements assessments and review delivery estimates • Develop and implement standardised processes, templates, and reporting frameworks • Establish and enforce best practices across digital development • Ensure adherence to security policies and promote a security-by-design culture Requirements: • Proven experience in a Digital Lead / Development Lead or similar role • Strong experience managing both BAU operations and project delivery • Experience working across cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and Engineering • Solid understanding of digital platforms, ecosystems, and integrations • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience in process design, governance, and continuous improvement • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (desirable) So, are you ready to join our team?
