Digital Project Analyst

Nasze wymagania: bachelor’s degree in Business,, Digital, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2–3 years of experience supporting or delivering projects in a digital, IT, or transformation environment solid understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, reporting, risk/issues) experience working with structured delivery frameworks (waterfall, agile, or hybrid) proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) english proficiency ability to handle difficult but non‑complex problems using sound judgment and established practices clear, structured communication skills; able to explain information in a fact‑based and professional manner comfortable working in a matrix and international environment Zakres obowiązków: support delivery of digital or transformation projects by managing assigned activities coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables under general supervision track progress, risks, issues, and actions; prepare status updates and project documentation apply established project management methodologies, standards, and tools work independently on day‑to‑day tasks while escalating issues where appropriate collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to gather inputs and ensure alignment support project governance through accurate reporting, adherence to processes, and documentation Oferujemy: work in an international and well-known tobacco company salary starting from 8,650 PLN gross per month benefit system (OK system, Medical package) funding for the canteen - 270 PLN monthly flexible working hours temporary contract, with possibility of extention hybrid work (office in Cracow, Czyżyny)
