DORA Execution Lead

Nasze wymagania: Strong understanding of DORA and previous experience in driving regulatory implementation through projects, programmes and initiatives Excellent knowledge of programme and dependency management within context of complex organisation Experience in working with organisations to understand gaps against DORA requirements and how legislation should be interpreted and implemented Experienced in programme management and working across complex stakeholder environment Ability to act as link to P3 DORA Central Programme and other workstreams to drive alignment Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with quality control and sign off procedures Hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite per week Office locations: Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw Zakres obowiązków: Oversee planning, execution, tracking and reporting against milestones Act as point of contact with relevant stakeholders within RRP Programme, DORA Central Programme, 1LoD and 2LoD Set priorities for execution team in conjunction with DORA lead and Co-Lead Draft milestones, deliverables and definitions of done and liaise with Programme Management Draft and approve programme reporting, maintaining quality and timeliness of DORA execution project reporting Work directly with 1st Line BCCM and 1st Line ITSCM, provide SME input and check and challenge delivery Directly liaise with DORA Central Programme, ensuring specific requests for information are handled timely Drive consistent quality and delivery across execution team, adhering to agreed QRA and sign off procedures Oferujemy: • Life insurance • Private healthcare • MultiSport Card • Clear career path in a growing multinational organization
