Nasze wymagania: Experience within financial sector Experience with Operational risk/non-financial risk processes, BCCM and IT continuity processes Ability to translate regulatory requirements into requirements towards workstreams in risk reduction programme Experience with MVB and BIAs Understanding of DORA Strong facilitation and communication skills as role will drive workshops with multiple application SMEs and stakeholders Experience with regulatory compliance and implementation Knowledge of business continuity and crisis management frameworks Understanding of critical infrastructure and functions identification Zakres obowiązków: Support DORA CIF identification work which will take MVB as outset and investigate further with CIF criteria Develop defendable position for DORA CIF and get to defendable position Develop CIF identification criteria based on input/feedback, taking MVB as outset Identify MVB CIF requirement controls Identify MVB CIFs supporting Services, application and 3rd party providers with agreed CIF identification criteria Enhance Strategic BIA methodology to be leveraged to identify sustainable CIFs Facilitate workshops/interviews to extract input from stakeholders from various backgrounds Support on embedment into line organisation Work as part of BCCM RRP responsibility for DORA CIF identification Oferujemy: • Life insurance • Private healthcare • MultiSport Card • Clear career path in a growing multinational organization
