DORA Specialist (banking)

Rate: 140 pln/h on b2bIndustry: banking Location: hybrid, 3 days per week from Gdańsk Summary: This role aims to support the operational resilience of bank by addressing gaps in the DORA control framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities: • Identify gaps in the DORA BCCM from a control framework perspective. • Conduct regulatory gap assessments and evaluate compliance with DORA regulations. • Lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Collaborate with various departments to implement IT service continuity and crisis management concepts. Key Requirements: • DORA subject matter expertise, including knowledge of main regulations and actionable technical standards. • Experience in business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management. • Work experience in financial entities or the banking sector. • Proven ability to conduct regulatory gap assessments. • Strong skills in leading workshops and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Nice to Have: • Experience with operational resilience frameworks. • Familiarity with additional regulatory compliance standards. • Background in consultancy roles related to financial services.
